A random sample is taken and tested using an AQL system and the protocol established with the client in order to detect and maintain defects and damage. This allows our clients to halt any production that is wrong, or stop a container from being shipped full of unwanted goods. Using our formula we will either pass or fail an order allowing you to reject anything that is not up to standard. There is no reason to waste your time and money doing this at your own factory, or allow your customers to find the defects for themselves.

Factory inspections can be done on both current suppliers and prospects. Extensive reporting on building sanitation and capabilities is crucial in maintaining FDA standards for food safe products, and all other types of manufacturing. You will be provided with a detailed description of conditions accompanied with photos, allowing you to have full knowledge without having to travel to the location yourself. We will also be able to verify any documents that may be required and have them translated to ensure integrity.
